On Pay Per Appointment you don't pay for no-shows or unqualified bookings. You only pay for appointments that actually happen and meet the criteria we agreed upfront. On the Monthly Retainer, your included volume is a fixed monthly allocation, so budgeting stays predictable regardless of individual no-show rates.
How are leads qualified?
Against criteria you define with us upfront: role, company size, budget, timeline, buying authority, and any offer-specific gating questions. Your Sales Professional works from those criteria on every call. If a prospect doesn't meet them, they don't get booked.
How are the Sales Professionals vetted and trained?
Every Sales Professional working your leads passes the same vetting standards PrimeClosers applies to closer placement: DISC profiling and AI roleplay assessment. Before the first call goes out on your account, they are briefed specifically on your offer, ICP and qualification criteria, and reviewed on live calls in the opening days.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Pay Per Appointment has no minimum. Start, pause or stop whenever you want. Monthly Retainer has a 3-month minimum term because we allocate a dedicated Sales Professional and build a briefed workflow around your business.
How fast can this start?
Typically 5 to 10 working days from confirming scope. That covers briefing, criteria sign-off and Sales Professional pairing. Inbound-only engagements can move faster.
