Every profile is AI-screened on experience, ticket band and track record, given a DISC profile and assessment score, then reviewed by our team before it goes live. Recruiter accounts are reviewed by an admin too, so both sides of the network are checked.

Every self-serve hire is covered for 30 days. If the placement doesn't work out inside that window, we source a replacement at no additional placement fee.
