Refund & Cancellation.

How cancellations, refunds and guarantees work across every PrimeClosers charge.

1. Subscriptions (Talent Pro, Talent VIP, Recruiter Starter, Recruiter Growth)

You can cancel any monthly or annual subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. We do not pro-rate refunds for the unused portion of a period. If you were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong plan) contact sales@primeclosers.co.uk within 14 days for a full refund.

2. One-time purchases (Sales Audit, VIP Placement, Book-a-Call Pass)

One-time products are non-refundable once we've started delivery of the service (kick-off call booked, VIP badge activated, or Book-a-Call pass first used). If you haven't yet used the product, email us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

3. Placement fees

Placement fees become due when a hire is confirmed and are protected by our written guarantee. If a hire ends within the guarantee window for a qualifying reason, you're covered by the replacement or refund terms set out in the placement agreement and in our Terms of Service.

4. Express Placement (Talent & Recruiter)

Express Placement is backed by a fixed-window guarantee (30 days for Talent Express, 14 days for Recruiter Express). If we don't deliver a qualifying introduction within the window, you're eligible for a full refund. Request one in writing to sales@primeclosers.co.uk.

5. Done-For-You milestone payments

Milestone invoices are billed on completion of scoped deliverables. Once a milestone is marked complete and paid, that milestone is non-refundable. Future scheduled milestones can be cancelled at any time by ending the engagement in writing.

6. How to request a refund

Email sales@primeclosers.co.uk from the account email address, with the Stripe receipt or subscription reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

7. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 where applicable.
