Outsourced sales operations, run by people who sell.

For UK founders who need a sales function that works without them in every call — placement, leadership, or the whole thing handed over.

What outsourced sales means here

Outsourced sales means an external team runs part or all of your sales function instead of you building it internally — the people selling, the process they follow, and in most cases the leadership above them. At PrimeClosers that means vetted UK closers and setters placed into your seats, a fractional sales director owning the number, or a full Done-For-You sales function, depending on how much you want off your plate.

It is built for UK founders and sales leaders running high-ticket or B2B offers above roughly £2,000, with lead flow already coming in and a process that is either founder-dependent or not written down anywhere. If you have no offer, no leads and no revenue yet, none of this is your next step — that is a positioning problem, and we will say so rather than sell you a retainer.

Three different things

Placement, operations, or the whole function.

These get sold interchangeably across the UK market. They are not the same purchase, and picking the wrong one is the most expensive mistake founders make here.

Closer placement

Who it's for

You already have a working sales process, leads and a founder or manager who can run a rep. You just need the rep.

What you get

We match a vetted closer or setter from the network into your seat. You manage them, you own the process.

Cost

Free to post. £249 Placement Protection Fee per hire, plus 4% on commission processed through the platform.

Outsourced sales operations

Who it's for

You have reps or leads, but nobody senior owning the number. Sales runs on founder instinct rather than a framework.

What you get

Leadership and structure, not just bodies. Audit first, then a fractional sales director owning pipeline, scorecards and the hiring plan — with placements underneath where seats are missing.

Cost

Audit from £997 one-time. Fractional leadership from £4,000/month. Managed Placement £2,000 + 15% cash collected.

You are here

Done-For-You Closing

Who it's for

You want the sales function off your plate entirely — process, people and reporting run by someone else.

What you get

We rebuild the sales process and staff it with our own placed setters and closers. You supply the offer and the leads; we run everything downstream of them.

Cost

Bespoke — scoped per engagement after a call.

What outsourced operations includes

  • A diagnostic first — call recordings, pipeline data and conversion reviewed before anything is rebuilt
  • One person accountable for pipeline, conversion and cash collected
  • A written sales framework your reps actually follow, not a slide deck
  • Weekly tape review, scorecards and 1:1s so coaching happens on a schedule
  • A hiring plan: which seats to add, when, and against what benchmark
  • Vetted setters and closers placed into those seats from the PrimeClosers network
  • Every commission invoice, payment and dispute administered on-platform

Where to start

Almost every engagement starts with a Sales Audit (£997 one-time) so both sides agree on what is actually broken before anyone commits to a retainer. From there it is usually fractional sales leadership, placement, or both.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What does outsourced sales mean?
Outsourced sales means paying an external team to run part or all of your sales function instead of building it internally. In the PrimeClosers context that spans three things: placing vetted closers and setters into your seats, putting a fractional sales director above those seats to own the number and the framework, or handing over the whole function as Done-For-You Closing. It is not lead generation and it is not a call centre — the people involved sell your offer, in your name, against a process we can show you.
When should I outsource my sales function instead of hiring in-house?
Outsource when the bottleneck is speed or seniority rather than headcount budget. If you need someone selling in weeks rather than months, if you have reps but no one senior to coach them, or if you would be hiring a sales leader you cannot yet keep busy five days a week, external is usually the cheaper and faster route. Hire in-house when your process is already stable, your product needs deep internal knowledge, and you can afford the ramp time and the salary while it happens. Most UK founders we speak to end up doing both — outsourced leadership and placed closers first, converted to permanent hires once the numbers justify it.
How much does outsourced sales cost in the UK?
It depends on how much of the function you hand over. Placement alone is free to post with a flat £249 Placement Protection Fee per hire, plus 4% on commission processed through the platform. A Sales Audit is £997 one-time. Managed Placement is £2,000 + 15% cash collected. Fractional sales leadership starts from £4,000/month on a 3-month minimum term, structured as a retainer plus a performance component tied to cash collected. Done-For-You Closing is bespoke and scoped per engagement. Every published figure lives on the relevant service page — we do not quote a range on a call and change it in the contract.
Can I outsource sales without losing control of my pipeline?
Yes, provided the data stays in your systems and the reporting is yours. We work inside your CRM rather than a black box, the pipeline, contacts and call recordings remain your property, and scorecards and weekly numbers are shared in writing so you can see conversion at every stage. Fractional leadership is explicitly designed to hand the function back: engagements carry written exit criteria and a founder handover, so what you are buying is a working sales function and a team that can run it — not a permanent dependency.
