How contacting talent works
Browsing and posting roles is always free. Contacting a specific candidate costs £19 — unless that candidate is a Pro member, in which case contact is free.
Prefer unlimited contact with anyone on the platform? Subscribe for £59/month.
The placement fee paid on a successful hire applies regardless of subscription status on either side. Subscriptions monetise access, not outcomes.
On successful hire
Placement Protection Fee
A hire fee, not a contact fee. Payable once when you actually hire a closer through the platform. Includes the 30-day replacement guarantee and non-circumvention cover.
One-time, per hire.

FAQ
- Do I pay to sign up or post a role?
- No. Recruiter accounts are free. You can post unlimited roles, browse the full talent database, and shortlist candidates without paying anything.
- When does the £19 unlock apply?
- Only when you attempt to contact a specific free-tier candidate. If that candidate is a Talent Pro member, contact is free — the £19 doesn't apply. If you subscribe to Unlimited Contact (£59/month), the £19 never applies to anyone.
- Do subscriptions or unlocks change the placement fee?
- No. The £249 placement fee is paid on a successful hire regardless of subscription status on either side. Subscriptions monetise access, not outcomes.
- What's the difference between the Call Pass and Unlimited Contact?
- The £69 Call Pass gives 30 days of unlimited call bookings. Unlimited Contact (£59/month) recurs and covers all in-platform contact with any candidate. Most active hirers only need one or the other.
