Scenario-based questions grading discovery depth, objection handling and framework recall. Minimum 7/10 to pass. Below that, the profile is hidden and enters a 90-day cooldown before retry.

DISC behavioural profile

So recruiters can match closer style (high-D driver vs high-I influencer, for example) to their offer and buyer type instead of guessing from a CV.

Loom introduction + identity verification

Every Talent records a short Loom walkthrough. The PrimeClosers team reviews and matches it against LinkedIn or supporting evidence before the profile goes live.

Verified earnings and tenure (where provided)

Talent can submit commission statements, references or written client confirmations to unlock a Verified Earnings badge visible on their profile.

What vetting does not replace

  • Your own interview — you should always run at least one call
  • A working-week trial on live pipeline if the role is senior
  • Reference checks with named employers, not just testimonials
  • A clear scorecard for the first 90 days
