Price excludes VAT. VAT is added where applicable. A 4% Platform & Payment Fee applies to contractor payments processed through PrimeClosers. We collect, hold and settle every payment between employer and talent, mediate disputes, and build the talent's Verified Earnings record and your Verified Payer record. It is a PrimeClosers platform fee, not a card-processing charge.
Express Placement FAQ
- What exactly is Express Placement?
- We source, vet and deliver a placed hire for you. Our team runs the search end to end while you approve the shortlist. It is a recruitment and search service — it does not include ongoing management of the salesperson after they start. If you want someone still involved after the hire, that is Managed Placement.
- What does the 14-day guarantee mean?
- If no placement agreement reaches active status within 14 days of purchase, you get a full refund.
- What do I have to do?
- Give us the offer, the commission structure and what good looks like, then approve or reject the shortlist and take the interviews. We do the sourcing, screening and coordination.
- Which roles are covered?
- High-ticket closers, appointment setters, SDRs and BDRs — the same role types the marketplace supports.
- How does vetting work?
- Every profile we put in front of you has already passed the platform standard: an AI assessment scored across ten criteria with a minimum of 7/10, DISC profiling, and a LinkedIn or Loom verification gate. On Express we screen again against your specific offer.
- How is this different from Prime Employer?
- Prime Employer is £249/mo + VAT (where applicable) and you run the hiring process yourself. Express Placement is £2,000 one-time + VAT (where applicable) and we run the search for you. Prime Employer platform access is included while an Express engagement is live.
- Why is capacity limited?
- We run only 2 Express engagements at a time so the 14-day guarantee means something. When both places are taken the buy option is replaced by a waitlist.
- What happens after the placement?
- The agreement, invoicing and contractor payments run in the platform on Prime Employer. Ongoing performance oversight and reporting are not part of Express — that is Managed Placement.
