- How quickly can I hire?
- You can post a role and start searching the same day. How fast you hire depends on your offer and how quickly you respond, so we do not publish an average time-to-hire we cannot stand behind. What we control is that every profile you see has already been screened.
- How does vetting actually work?
- Every talent profile passes an AI assessment scored across ten criteria with a minimum of 7/10, DISC profiling, and a LinkedIn or Loom verification gate before it becomes visible to employers. Profiles that fail go into a 90-day cooldown.
- Why not just use a recruitment agency?
- Traditional recruitment agencies charge 15–25% of first-year salary — often £4,000–£8,000+ for a single sales hire. Prime Employer is £249/mo + VAT for unlimited hiring. No percentage of salary. No per-hire fee.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Prime Employer is a rolling monthly subscription with no minimum term. Cancel from your billing settings and access runs to the end of the paid period.
- What happens if someone leaves?
- Self-serve hires on Prime Employer carry a 30-day replacement guarantee from the placement start date. Managed Placement carries a fixed 90-day replacement guarantee. Done For You terms are set in your engagement agreement.
- How are payments handled?
- Contractor invoices are raised and approved in the platform. We collect, hold and settle each payment, so your closers are not chasing you and you keep a clean audit trail for finance.
- What does the Platform & Payment Fee cover?
- A 4% Platform & Payment Fee applies to contractor payments processed through PrimeClosers. We collect, hold and settle every payment between employer and talent, mediate disputes, and build the talent's Verified Earnings record and your Verified Payer record. It is a PrimeClosers platform fee, not a card-processing charge.
- What happens after I sign up?
- You verify your business, post your first role and start searching. Verification exists so talent knows every employer on the platform is a real business, and it is the same check for everyone.
