Employment status on commission-only work
Most UK commission-only sales roles are self-employed contract engagements: you invoice the business, handle your own tax through Self Assessment, and typically sit outside IR35. - Payment terms — when commission is paid and on what schedule
- Employment status and whether a contract is issued
